Backed by a highly skilled engineering and manufacturing team, TE Wire delivers products manufactured to the highest standards, ensuring consistent quality, reliability, and long-term performance.Join TE Wire and become part of a dynamic organization where experience, innovation, and teamwork come together to shape the future of aerospace. **Now Hiring for**:*3rd Shift Twisting Machine Operator (M-F 11:30pm-8:00am)**Previous extrusion or wire and cable experience highly preferred.* **Primary Function / Purpose of Position:** Set up and operate twisting machines to twist insulated conductors together for use as individual pairs or as part of a cable construction. **Key Responsibilities:*** Operate and monitor twisting machines to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.* Inspect and maintain equipment to prevent faults and production delays.* Troubleshoot and repair damaged conductors by specifications.* Ensure production meets required specifications for voltage, footage, and twisting lay.* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.* Adhere to all safety and quality standards. **Responsibilities:*** Set up machines and materials prior to production runs.* Monitor machine operations and production output.* Perform routine quality checks during production.* Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.* Maintain accurate production records as required.**Skills / Experience:*** Some manufacturing or production experience preferred (training provided the right candidate).* Previous extrusion or wire and cable experience is a plus.* Basic math skills (addition and subtraction).* Strong attention to detail and quality.* Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.* Good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills. **Location*** Saddle brook, NJ 07663 (Required)**Work Location**: In person **Pay Range: $18-$20 per hour** Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
