Eudaimonia Psychiatric Mental Health Clinic is an outpatient mental health practice located in Garden Ridge Texas dedicated to providing compassionate personalized and evidence-based psychiatric care.

Eudaimonia provides comprehensive outpatient psychiatric services including psychiatric evaluations medication management psychotherapy and treatment for conditions such as depression anxiety bipolar disorder PTSD mood disorders insomnia and other mental health concerns. Our approach combines evidence-based treatment with individualized patient-centered care.

Position Overview
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Psych NP) provides clinical oversight evaluation medication management and treatment planning for patients receiving TMS Spravato Ketamine and other advanced therapies. This role ensures safety adherence to REMS and controlled substance protocols accurate documentation and strong collaboration with technicians coordinators and supervising physicians to support consistent effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Evaluation & Treatment Planning: Conduct psychiatric evaluations review screening tools and medical histories determine eligibility for TMS or Spravato and develop individualized treatment plans for advanced psychiatric interventions.
TMS Oversight & Clinical Adjustment: Review technician treatment logs assess patient progress adjust TMS treatment parameters as clinically appropriate and ensure accurate timely documentation of all decisions.
Spravato Supervision & REMS Compliance: Oversee Spravato dosing sessions complete REMS-required documentation evaluate contraindications review vitals and clinical responses and intervene promptly in the event of adverse reactions.
Documentation & Clinical Accuracy: Complete evaluations follow-up notes medical necessity forms and all clinical documentation within required timelines maintaining clarity and compliance with regulatory and clinic standards.
Safety Monitoring & Incident Response: Identify and respond to safety concerns or adverse events escalate clinical changes to supervising physicians as needed and participate in case reviews to support quality patient care.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technicians coordinators providers and administrative staff to ensure seamless communication proper workflow and high-quality treatment experiences for all patients.
Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Participate in audits chart reviews and workflow improvement initiatives aimed at maintaining clean claims accurate treatment records and high standards of patient care.
Qualifications
Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PHMNP) Board Certification as a PMHNP-BC (through ANCC).
Experience: Experience in Behavioral Health emergency medicine infusion therapy PACU ICU or interventional psychiatry preferred. Experience in interventional psychiatry TMS or treatment-resistant depression preferred.
Skills:
Strong clinical assessment skills and comfort administering medications
Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
Comfort with evidence-based practice
Familiarity with controlled substance handling protocols
Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations and respond effectively to emergencies.

Compensation & Benefits *will vary based on clinic
Salary: $125000
Bonus: eligible after 6 months of employment
