Title ::DocuSign Specialist

Location :: Raleigh, NC

Long Term Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements for digital signature, contract, and agreement management processes .
• Configure and customize DocuSign eSignature, CLM, Forms, Workflows, Templates, and agreement lifecycle processes .
• Design and implement end-to-end agreement lifecycle workflows , including document creation, review, approval, signature, execution, and storage.
• Configure reusable templates, envelopes, workflows, fields, routing rules, and business processes based on organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, HR, and Technology teams to understand current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform business process analysis, gap analysis, impact analysis, and solution design .
• Develop functional specifications, user stories, process flows, requirements documents, configuration documents, and other solution documentation.
• Support integration of DocuSign with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, CRM, ERP, and HR systems .
• Work with technical teams on REST API and system integration requirements , data exchange, authentication, and integration testing.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT , defect resolution, deployment activities, and production validation.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement platform enhancements and configuration changes.
• Support DocuSign platform upgrades, releases, enhancements, and change management activities .
• Conduct user training, create training materials, and support business adoption of DocuSign solutions.
• Ensure agreement and signature processes align with applicable security, compliance, audit, and governance requirements .
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives as required.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with DocuSign eSignature .
• Strong experience with DocuSign CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) .
• Experience with Agreement Lifecycle Management / Contract Management processes.
• Hands-on experience configuring DocuSign Workflows, Templates, Forms, and agreement processes .
• Understanding of electronic signature and digital agreement processes .
• Experience with REST APIs and enterprise application integrations .
• Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, and process mapping skills.
• Experience with UAT coordination, testing, deployment, and release support .
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solution specifications.
